Refund for Cancelled Domain Mapping
-
I subscribed to the WordPress.com personal plan and used the free credit for domain mapping to map my existing domain to it.
I have subsequently decided to cancel my personal plan (well within the 30 days) and was credited part of my subscription fee, however a little over 1/3 of the fee was not refunded. I’m thinking this is due to my having mapped my existing domain.
The refund policy states the following: ‘If you used the domain credit to map an existing domain, or if you are canceling within the refund period for the registration, you will receive a full refund.’
Since I ‘used the domain credit to map an existing domain’, I should receive a credit for this too, but I see no indication of this credit. Is this something that I should see on a delayed basis?
Thanks.
