Refund for cancelled subscription

Hello,
Today I received a notification saying I have been charged for a wordpress subcription. I had no clue this was on auto-renew and so I went ahead an cancelled it since I am not using this service. I noticed that in your policy it states that you will refund the money to my account and so I am writing to confirm this will be done indeed. Can you kindly confirm?

I see that you’ve canceled all your upgrades and received a full refund. You should see that refund in your statement in about 10 business days.
If you want, you can see the refund receipt yourself on your Billing History page:
