REFUND for cancelled website

    Hello,
    thank you for your help.

    I REALLY want to cancel my subscription, delete my website and RECEIVE A REFUND of 18 USD.

    I understand that I deleted my website and now it is outside of the refund window.
    The reason I also wanted to delete my site here at WordPress is that the whole menu structure for me is SUPER COMPLICATED, and it takes a lot for me to navigate.

    I cannot manage this process and all I want and need is to cancel any subscription and receive back the refund.

    The only thing I want is to CANCEL my subscription (that I believed I managed to do successfully in 2021) and receive the 18 USD that was withdrawn.

    Please, I do not care how but I want to receive back the 18 USD!

    Hi there,

    I see you had actually cancelled the domain within the refund period, but for some reason the refund wasn’t properly processed on our end.

    I’ve now processed it manually. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
