Refund for cancelling subscription

  Good day,

  I trust that you are well.

  Shortly after creating my WordPress site I realised that I had made an error and no longer require the site.

  I paid upfront for the entire 12 months and disappointed that I have not seen an option to be refunded for the 10 or so months remaining on the subscription.

  Please can I request a refund for the early cancellation of this site?

  Yearly subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions that are billed monthly. This includes the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans, Google Workspace, Professional Email, and Premium Themes.

  Since your purchase was older than 14 days, that’s why you were not eligible for a refund.
