Refund for Charge

    Hi,

    I’ve been charged for and Billed To

    doxinabox6933
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    in Ireland but I did not authorise the renewal of my subscription. I no longer own this domain either.
    Please help.

    Hi there,

    Please log in to the other account where the charge occurred and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases → click on the Personal plan and click cancel subscription and refund at the bottom of the page. A refund will be issued to you as long as you cancel it within the refund period (which is 14 days in this case).

    If you’d like us to cancel the subscription on our end, we’ll need you to reply from the account where the charge occurred. Please log in to the other account and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact to send us an email.
