Refund for close domain

  Hi,
  Money was taken from my account, but the domain I used to own is no longer mine so I closed the account and asked for a refund from wordpress of the money. I have not received​ any information about this refund from wordpress, and yet the money has still been taken from my account.

  Please share more details about the upgrade. Is it the mapping for serpentes.co.uk that you want to cancel and refund?

  That is exactly the case, I already closed it, but have had no further correspondence!

  No problem. I’ve issued a refund for the £11.00 and the funds should reach you within ten days.
