refund for custom design!

  hi!

  I have a website that i deleted today because i couldn’t afford to maintain it anymore. for some reason, the custom design for this website occurred a day before the website was originally created (website created may 8, 2014, and custom design was initially purchased on may 7 2014). so the charge for an additional year for the custom design for this website occurred yesterday, may 7, but the website was set to expire on may 8th and i had explicitly removed auto renew from the site. I don’t think it’s fair to charge me $30.00 for what is purportedly for a year but in reality was used for less than a day of design for a website. I cannot find a way to delete cancel or ask for a refund for any of this. please help me get a refund!

  Hi Courtney.

  I have fully refunded your Custom Design upgrade, as requested. Please note, it normally takes around a week for a refund to process and appear on your bank statement. While looking over your account, I also noticed you were charged for the auto renewal of Domain Mapping to lacavalawoffice.com on the 24th April, just before you removed that upgrade. I’ve refunded this too. :) The total refunded is $43.
