  Hi, I requested that my site be deleted and that I receive a refund for the upcoming year’s subscription. Please could you let me know when the money will be back in my account?

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  You can contact your bank and let them know this number:

  ARN: 85383900205000000595779

  This should help them locate the refund.
