Refund for domain

  Hi! I accidentally purchased a domain and cancelled that. I haven´t got a refund yet? What I should do. The recipe no. is 15703005. I have done the purchase 17.2.2016.

  Domain registrations can be canceled within 48 hours of registration. If you did that on time, you should have been refunded in up to 7 days.

  Please read the information at Refunds Support Page. See “How do I request a refund?” section and check if you have refund information at you “Manage Purchases” page.

  Also, you can search your email for “wordpress.com” and see if you got a refund related email.

  Hi!

  I did cancel it immediately, since I noticed immediately that I did it wrong. No refund on my account yet.

  The refund was not processed when you canceled your subscription originally. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, I just processed the refund under your account. It will take between 7-10 business days for your bank to reflect the charges.
