Refund for domain
-
Hello,
I recently purchased to map the oryza-astari.com domain name, but I actually do not own it anymore because I neglected to renew the domain from GoDaddy, where I originally bought the domain from. Could I get a refund for $13 and I will purchase a different domain name instead? Thank you in advance. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: If you purchased a domain URL through wordpress.com and wish to keep it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

In order to map to a domain URL one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from, and the domain name you desire must be available for purchase, or you must already own the domain URL.All that changes when you are domain mapping is the URL and nothing else. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/ The content stays exactly where it is. What domain mapping does its create a seamless transfer between the underlying .wordpress.com blog URLs to the new domain URLs no matter where they are on the internet. Visitors who click the underlying .wordpress.com blog URLs will be seamlessly redirected to the exact same content under the new domain URLs.
