  I need to cancel my domain but when I go in manage purchases nothing shows up.

  Since you are confident that nothing shows up on your Manage Purchases section, here is what I am doing. I have added a tag “modlook” in this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to help you through this.

  Hi @kelseyannbeando, it looks like you just made a new account to post here. The domain must be under another account.

  Can you log out, then log back in with the email address that gets renewal notifications?

  Or, if you’ll tell us the domain we can look up the account and contact you at the correct email address.
