Refund for domain

  Hi there, can I please get a full refund for the domain that I just deleted? I no longer work for the company so I would no longer require it. However, I got charged $60 on 5 September and only got $15 back when I cancelled. You may reach me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to follow up.   Hi there,

  You can request a refund for a domain with 48 hours of purchase or renewal. For any other upgrade, refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase.
