  How do I get my refund done for my domain through auto-renewal?

  I have canceled your subscription for valfds.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Does that mean that my annual subscription as well as my domain amount charged for valfds.com will be refunded?

  That is correct – the annual subscription for the plan was already processed for a refund and I just processed the domain charge as well.

  Thanks, but I haven’t received any receipt of cancellation yet as I received for my annual subscription. Could you provide me with the same please?

  If you go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing while logged into your account , you should be able to view the receipt here.

  Hi there,

  The refund has been issued on our end and you now need to follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference:
