Refund for Domain

    I paid 18.00 for a Domain that I transferred to Bluehost, peels-at-home.com.
    I would like to be refunded that money, because I paid Bluehost for the same Domain and I’m now using them for Hosting.

    When you transferred the domain to Bluehost, you did not lose the last renewal of the domain that took place on our end before the transfer, so you are not eligible for a refund in this case. You would only be eligible for a refund if you completely cancelled the domain with us, within 96 hours of the renewal.

    If you check your domain’s expiration date at Bluehost you’ll see it now expires in October 2022. The renewal you paid for with us on 4 September renewed your domain until 2021, and the transfer fee you paid to Bluehost renewed it for another year until 2022. So you still have the year of the domain that you paid us for.
