Refund for domain and

  Hi I purchased a Private plan and misspelled a domain name and wanted to change it.
  At first I tried to cancel domain itself but it was part of plan so could not change it at all. Then I cancelled Private plan itself and got partial refund. as next step I tried to this domain and get full refund, but I was only able to remove domain and no longer able to get refund for the rest of amount.
  How should I handle this?
  All I wanted to do is to change domain name.

  Our apologies, @jolla1801. Since you’d like to re-purchase the plan, rather than refunding (which can take several days to route back to your account) I’ve added ¥3225 credit to your account. So you can re-buy the plan, and the ¥3225 will be applied toward the total cost.
