Refund for domain and plan upgrade for 2019 and 2018

  Hello,
  We have stopped using our wordpress domain
  “The organizing queens” since 2017 and I thought I canceled the subscriptions. Today O received a message from Paypal about payment for renewal. I managed to login and cancel subscriptions now, is there a way to refund the subscriptions for years 208 and 2019 since we haven’t used it and there was no traffic on the website?

  Hi there,

  We cannot refund payments from a year or longer ago. Our payments processor has a limit on how long after a transaction can be refunded, so this is completely impossible.
