Hi there how can I get my domain mapping purchase refunded?

Provided you are within the timeframes allowed you can request a refund. A 30-day refund is provided on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.

Also note that you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) for it.

Yes, as TimeThief notes, the issue is that you are not logged into the account that owns that Domain Mapping upgrade.

I purchased the domain mapping 24 hours ago and shortly after realized I didn’t actually need it. I’ve had hosting and domain via GoDaddy and was able to resolve my issue there.
