Refund for domain mapping

  Hi!
  I mistakenly bought acasense.com and I cancelled it the same day under My Upgrades and bought mapping to acasense.org. The mapping purchase went through and the cancellation was shown as “in progress” (friday). But today I see now (on a monday) that the cancellation was not refunded and the acasense.com was registered as active.

  Fair enough that I don’t get refund on the domain registration – but I should get a refund on the mapping domain.

  Furthermore pls cancel my domain registration.

  Please elaborate on this case – or refund my money.
