Refund For Domain Mapping

Can someone help please
I noticed that I had been charged again this year for domain mapping, but I didnt need the service anymore as I dont use this blog anymore, so I went to my upgrades and cancelled the product – which I thought would trigger a refund, but this doesnt seem to have happened?
There doesnt seem to be anyone to call or email to complain to because I havent been refunded, but want to be, so can someone point me in the right direction please?

That’s not a problem! I went ahead and refunded you the $13 for the domain mapping. It should appear back on your card within the next few days to couple of weeks (depending on your bank’s refund policies).
