Refund for domain mapping

Hi there,
I bought a domain map earlier today because I thought my host was permanently down – turns out a bug in their system has cancelled my account, so now it’s up and running elsewhere, I don’t need this domain map.
I’ve tried to click “cancel & refund” on the domain screen but the box doesn’t load – any ideas how I go about getting a refund?

I also would like to cancel the domain mapping for my blog, because I need that for another site. I have tried on my blog’s dashboard, but I couldn’t find cancel or remove button. Please assist me as soon as possible.
