Refund for domain mapping

  I cancelled my domain mapping back in February, but I never got a refund. It seemed to cancel the mapping but didn’t give me my money back for it. Please help

  Hi there,

  It appears you immediately received a refund as WordPress.com credits (instead of cash returned to your bank) on February 3rd. If we had received this request within 30 days of the transaction, I could immediately change those credits in for a cash refund to your bank account.

  If you need the full refund, I can put in a request for that but it will take some time. If not, you can use those WordPress.com credits for any other purchases.
