Refund for domain mapping

    Hello,
    I received an email today to tell me that you all were still trying to map my domain as I previously requested. However, I cancelled these upgrades wishing 24 hours, and intact, I even moved my hosting to another site- within those 24 hours. I see here that I am still being charged 13$ for domain mapping. Please refund the amount

    We need details.

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    There are time limitations for requesting and receiving refunds.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
