  need a refund for domain mapping ($12). i’ve just realized i don’t need this particular upgrade.

  If you are asking within the 48-hour refund period, you should be able to get to the contact form here to request it http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  Write anything in the search box and when it asks if you found your answer, click “no” and the contact form should appear. If it doesn’t, post back here.
