Refund for Domain Mapping Upgrade

    I purchased the Domain Mapping Upgrade and mapped my domain successfully. I did this because I thought I was doing the correct thing to get ProPhoto Blogs linked to my domain/website….etc.

    However, I did not do the process I needed to correctly. I needed to install the WordPress software through my FTP/Control Panel for my website/domain. This I have done now successfully. In order for me to complete all the appropriate steps here on out, I need to remove my domain from my WordPress account.

    I do hope to receive a full refund as it hasn’t even been 24 hours since my purchase. I do not want to pay for domain mapping each year since it isn’t even necessary.
