Refund for Domain Name Registration

    Hi,

    I just purchased (less than 1 hour before) a premium plan and domain name registration (the domain name came free with it I think). I cancelled it in less than 1 hour as I realized the premium customization was not what I thought it was.

    I paid a sum of $99 but was only refunded $81 despite cancelling BOTH the domain name registration and the premium plan within 1 hour.

    Would I receive the remaining $18 as refund? If not, may I know why? #
