Refund for domain transfer cancellation

  Hello! I decided to hold off on moving my website to a new WordPress location and have cancelled my request to transfer the domain name and have cancelled my subscription. I received a refund of 460 and not the original amount of 480. Is it possible to get a refund for the domain transfer as well? Thanks.

  Hi! I was able to issue the remaining refund; it’s on its way to you now but may take up to 10 working days to show on your statement (depending on your card provider).
