Refund for double playment

  This is to advise that it was detected that I made two payments of $13.00 each instead of one. Therefore I am requesting a refund of the overpayment. I still want my original account which should expire on October 10, 2022. I will provide instructions to charge my credit card before the expiration date. Please confirm my instructions have been clearly understood.

  Hi Omar, I see you were refunded once already. That said, the domain doesn’t seem to point here; domain mapping (connection) won’t work unless it points at our servers. Can you check in with the domain provider as well?

  Hi Supernovia:

  I just checked with my bank and the refund has not been processed yet. Maybe sometime Monday. I don’t know what you mean by the domain provider. I only subscribed to a free WordPress account which later somehow turned into a paid account. At this moment I can’t download images to my account, even though I paid a subscription for one year in advance. I’m waiting for the people from Customer Support to help me out with this situation.

  Omar, yeah I can see one refund is on its way. Routing can take some time though, so consider leaving it for 5-10 business days. If needed, we can provide an ARN.

  I asked about the domain because it does not seem to load up or point to our services.
