Hi there,
My name is Rachel McGuigan, I used to work for Mozilla and I purchased this domain before I left the company. I was charged this month for a domain I recognize that I used while I was at Mozilla and used my personal account. Can you help me understand why this does not show up on the account associated with my email if my email is the same on the paypal invoice??
What I was charged for:

WordPress.com Personal – sumosocialsupporters.wordpress.com $48.00 USD 1 $48.00 USD
Subtotal $68.00 USD
Total $68.00 USD

You have 180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute in the Resolution Center.
Thank you for your insights, I would like a refund and for those domain registrations to be removed.

Hi Rachel, it looks like the account email on our side is different from the email you use with PayPal.
If you have that login and password, it’ll be best to log out of this account and into that one.
If you can’t, though, please fill out the secure form here:
https://wpchrg.comOnce you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. Or, you could use the transaction ID to regain access like so:
