Refund for joeburchard.com

I made a mistake and signed up for WordPress.com instead of WordPress.org for my domain joeburchard.com (I’m not sure if this was the WP.com account that was under). I was charged $349 on 7/7 but cancelled my order the day after. I still have not received a refund. When can I expect to see this money back into my account?

I don’t see any upgrades in this account, but refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. If you also own the account that registered that domain, you should receive your refund in this week, but you should also follow up with your bank to find out if the payment might be delayed on their end.
Also note that the domain, joeburchard.com, has not been cancelled but is still active in that account. Please don’t cancel the domain, as that can lead to your losing it – cancelled domains don’t become available for re-registration immediately. Instead, you can still use the domain with a different host even while it’s registered here, and after 60 days you can transfer it away from us if you prefer.
