Refund for Luscious theme

    Last week, I requested a refund for the Luscious theme that I had purchased for my now deleted blog the great nerdsby. I checked my balance a few days ago to see if the refund was placed back into my account but it has not. If the refund cannot be deposited back into my account, can it be mailed to me at my home address?

Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    I do not see any deleted blogs or purchases/refunds for the account fangirliam. If you created a blog and purchased a theme under a different WordPress.com user account, please post under that account here so I can assist you further by tracking your purchase.

    I purchased the theme for my old blog, the great nerdsby. I cannot post under that account because it has been deleted.

    Your other WordPress.com account cannot be deleted, so you should be able to log in using the email address you used to set that up.

    Without knowing the user account, website address, or associated email address, I can’t look up the transaction and therefore cannot check to see if a refund was processed.

    The transaction for the purchase of the premium theme was refunded on November 16th, 2013. It can take several days for the refund to appear in your account, and some banks do not reflect the credit for up to 30 days. If you still do not see the funds, you may wish to contact your bank and see if they show a record of it.
