Refund for my Account

  I tried to cancel my account and get a refund since its still in the 48 hour range but it said it was only going to credit me back $5.99 instead of the $30 I originally paid to start my WorldPress account?

  Do you intend to use the domain on another site?
  Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?

  It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  No I do not plan on using the name on another site. I wish to completely give up ownership and be issued my full refund if 35.99

  Hi @blueamber1. The full purchase amount has been refunded but will be received in two separate refunds. Refunds can take up to two weeks to show up in your account. If you don’t see the full amount two weeks from new please let us know.
