I’m sorry to hear that you’ve decided to cancel your subscription. I’ve reviewed your account details, and it looks like the cancellation was made outside of the 14-day refund period, so unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund at this point.

Hi @fstat: Thank you for your reply. In case refund is not possible I would request you to kindly update the account. There are a lot of missing features in the premium plan at this price point whereas other hosting platforms are providing alot at this same price. This is why I decided to go away.

Gotcha, most hosts do not provide management and direct WordPress support at this price point. They just rent space where you manage your installation yourself. That works well for many people as long as they have the time and technical skill to take care of the site, or if they hire extra service providers to do it for them.
Just note the free software itself does not include services like management and support. You can read more here.
