    the fund has not refunded yet to my account its been 10days.

    Hi there!

    A full refund was processed on December 9th. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead – please make sure this was not the case. If you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to your bank entity.
