Refund For Nigerian Cards

  Hello, I’m from Nigeria and my website is dramarecs.wordpress.com I cancelled my plan and asked for a refund after like 2 hours of payment. Please when will I get my refund? I used mu credit card to make payment

  Refunds usually take 10-12 days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

  Billing cycle means 1 month billing for credit cards. Sometimes refunds doesn’t show up in 1st billing cycle so in that case it will show up in your second billing cycle.

  i have also tagged staff here so that they can give your more exact information about your refund.

  Thank you so much. Lastly, what about if after cancelling my plan, I don’t want a refund but I want to continue my plan again?

  If your refund has been processed then you need to buy that plan again. If your refund has not been initiated then staff will help you to reactivate your plans.
