refund for not free plan

    this was supposed to be a free plan but i ended up paying for it $13. i made errors and need to delete the site, get a refund, and start over.
    apparently it is impossible to talk to a human being?
    i don’t want to create a dispute but i will if i can’t get a human to help get this straight.
    i need to start over

    If you’d left things at https://greenwoodscartistguildcom.wordpress.com/ then yes that is free. But if you want a custom .com address then you have to pay for it here or anywhere else. Be careful about deleting stuff if you still want to use site/domain in the future. Be careful about creating a dispute as that will be drawn out and WordPress.com hasn’t done anything wrong. If you must cancel you should be able to do it from your dashboard if you are still within the 96 hour refund window.
