  Can I get a refund before 30 days if what I sign up for a paid site but ends up not meeting my needs?

  you have up to 30 days to cancel any new upgrade except domain name registration which has a 48 hour time frame – you can cancel anytime – even 10 minutes after you bought the upgrade – if you bought a package that included domain name registration and it has been longer than 48 hours you might need staff help to separate the registration from the rest of the package so the package can be canceled
