Refund for personal account

There is no option for a personal account refund, why is this?
I have already requested a premium refund which went through completely fine.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just responded to your other post, but now I see you have this one with more specifics. Let’s keep the conversation here from now on to keep things organized.
You can get a refund for the personal account. I’m not sure why there isn’t an option for it.
I’ve added a note for staff to assist in the refund. Please be patient as they get back to you.

Hi there,
Because you upgraded from Personal to Premium, our system only refunds the second payment automatically.
I’ve refunded the first payment for you now, so you should receive the full refund amount within about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

And @kokkieh, thank you for the clarification. I’ve been marking duplicate posts, then getting confused what to do when there’s new information in one of the duplicates. I haven’t known how best to handle those, so I’ll begin directing threads back to the one with an answer. I appreciate the feedback.
