Refund for Plugin?

    Does anyone know how to get a refund for a WordPress plugin if the owners of the plugin are unresponsive?

    I purchased the pro version of the ‘WordPress Books Gallery’ but none of the pro features actually work. And after the purchase, all links to edit the plan for the plugin were disabled.

    I tried contacting the owners of the plugin twice over the last couple of weeks with no response.

    I think I might’ve got scammed.

    If this is the case, is there any way to get my money back?

    Sorry to hear that! I’m afraid we are unable to help, as the payment was between you and the plugin developers. If you’re unable to get in touch with them, you may want to contact your bank/credit card company, as they may be able to help reverse the transaction.
