Refund for Premium
-
Hello,
I want to refund my premium and it said I would get a COMPLETE refund within 30 days for what I paid, which was $79. When I initially made my blog, I selected the free plan but paid for a domain (twenty some dollars) and then for added security ($8). When I went to refund my premium just now, which I only purchased maybe a week ago, it says it will only refund me $53. I made two separate purchases here, one for the domain when I initially made my blog and one for premium only a few days ago, and would like to know why I’m not getting a full refund here.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just so we’re on the same page, are you aiming to keep your domain registration? If you intend to use the domain at any time in the future, I would encourage you not to cancel and instead use these instructions to point your domain to a new webhost:
Canceling a domain that you intend to use again can cause you to lose control of that domain forever.

Yes I do want to keep the domain I just want to be refunded for the premium I bought separately for $79.

Hello. I am going to be charged tomorrow, on my credit Card, for a premium account that I don’t want. I would like a Refund for that. The site is withmsrose.wordpress.com. The date of purchase showing on the credit Card is 09/22. Thanks

It appears you’ve already unsubscribed.
For future reference, and others watching at home, you can cancel subscriptions at Store -> My Upgrades in your WordPress dashboard, or at https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

The same thing happened to me. I want to keep the domain and get a $79 refund for the premium that I paid (with in 30 days). can it only be done by posting to this support site?
