Refund for premium account

  My client just renew premium account for one more year but need to cancel and move site to self hosting. How long site will stay up after cancellation and refund?

  Hello –

  Your client can cancel the plan only (not the domain) from wordpress.com/me/purchases/ this will automatically trigger a refund that should reach them with in 10 days.

  The domain will still be listed with us. If it is eligible they can transfer it following these steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/ Or simply change the name servers: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
