Refund for Premium Account/Custom Domain

  Hello!
  I have cancelled my Premium subscription, as I am in the process of restructuring my blog and personal website online. I have received notice that by cancelling the Premium subscription, I will receive a refund of $66 instead of the full $99 due to the custom domain name. I have removed the custom domain name as I will be utilizing a different domain moving forward. How do I go about receiving the full refund including the $33 for the custom domain that I no longer need but have been charged for?
