Refund for Premium fee

Dear Staff,
How do we get a refund on the liahonalocalpages blog’s Premium fee we just paid? We were having trouble with contributors getting locked out and thought we needed to pay for a Premium account. A staff members said we didn’t need to do that and that we could get a refund.

Provided you are within the 30 days allowed and you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
You have many contributors to your site. Are they all having trouble accessing the site or are there specific users that are having a problem?
Once I get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.
