Refund for premium theme

I purchased premium theme “Publisher” on 8/2. I have 30 days to request a refund, yet, when I go to cancel through “my store’ there is no cancel/refund option. Today is Sept 1, which would be the 30th day.
I would like a refund. I love the theme, and would really like to keep it, but there are too many bugs in it… the comment box bounces/changes sizes as you’re typing, audio files don’t imbed in Firefox, cannot use audio player in WP app or Safari on iPhone or iPad. I asked about this two weeks ago, and the audio issue has yet to be fixed. Since I only have 30 days to decide, I must return this today, otherwise I’m out of luck.
Again, I’d prefer to have the theme, but, with the bugs, and trying to build an audience for my blog, this theme does not yet seem ready for prime time usage.
If I’m paying $75 for a theme, I expect the functionality to be better.
If these issues get resolved, I’d consider buying the theme again.

I have processed that refund for you and removed the theme. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
