Refund for Premium Theme

Hi there. I purchased the Luscious premium theme today but it isn’t looking how I expected it to. I want to purchase another theme instead – how do I go about this? Do I need to apply for a refund first, if so how? Many thanks.

You need to request a refund, and you can do that from the “store” tab in your dashboard. Then you can purchase a different theme.
