Refund for Premium Theme: Shelf

Hi, I would like to get a refund for the purchase of one of your premium themes (Shelf). I thought I’d like it, but it doesn’t allow me to use the features that I want to use, e.g. widgets, multiple headings, etc. It’s just not very practicable for what I want to achieve.
I purchased it on the 4th of November.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In dashboard > store there should be a link to request a refund. At least that is what I understand. Scroll down to where it shows which upgrades you have purchased.
