Refund for premium upgrade

    I was charged $100 today for a premium upgrade that I unsuccessfully attempted to cancel earlier in the week prior to the trial period ending. I was unable to figure out how to actually cancel the premium service, and have no intention of using it going forward. Please refund the $100 fee that was charged to me this morning. 1) The primary cause of my failure to cancel within the trial period was the lack of clarity on your website for executing the cancellation. 2) I am not satisfied with product, and do not think the difference between it and the free version is significant enough.

  • I would be happy to help you. However, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any WordPress.com upgrades. This is likely the crux of the trouble you had in canceling.

    I see that there is a second administrator account on the site in question. That account is the one that owns the upgrade.

    Please log into that account and request a refund. If you have trouble, please post your request to this thread (while logged into the other account). You’ll understand that I cannot cancel an upgrade unless the request comes from the upgrade owner.
