refund for pro bundle upgrade ?

  i upgraded the the pro bundle for a new charity blog im working on thinking that it would be easiest to run it all through wordpress.. paid the $99 to find out that there is no option to upload your own 3rd party theme.. i have spent a lot of money on a theme made specifically for this charity.. i would like a refund for the pro bundle !

  Hi Jake,

  We’ll need a confirmation email from the person who bought that upgrade. Please ask them to reference this post in their email.

  Alternatively, they can cancel the upgrade via their Store page under the My Subscriptions module.
