  Please note that a refund has been issued with the below transaction. Unfortunately the visa credit/debit card that is on file has been replaced with a new one. Please update the payment refund information.

  Hi there,

  We cannot issue a refund to a different card. For that, you need to contact your credit card provider or your bank. They’ll transfer the funds from the old credit card to your new one.
