    Hello,

    I was auto-renewed a service for a site that is no longer active. I immediately cancelled the
    custom Domain Mapping service and saw a screen indicating I would receive a refund. This has not happened yet and I am writing to enquire as to the status. Here are the purchase details:

    Receipt Type: Payment
    Receipt ID: 11991834
    PayPal Ref: 1EH8181720970250P
    Date: 06-Feb-2015

    Howdy!

    The automatic refund was given in the form of WordPress.com credits, that you could reattempt a domain mapping without paying from your card again.

    Since this was an unintentional upgrade on a site no longer used, I’ve removed those credits processed a $13 cash refund for you.

    It may take a week for the funds to appear in your bank account, but you can view it in your billing history:
