refund for renewal of theme

    To whom it may concern,

    Today I received an email letting me know that I had been charged for the renewal of a theme:

    I had actually never been informed that the theme was self-renewing and do not use this site at all. I quickly changed my settings to turn of the self-renewal but have now been charged for 24 euros for a theme I do not use on a website I do not use.

    I would like to be refunded for this please.

    Hi there,

    This payment was an automatic renewal for a Custom Design upgrade on your site, photograephy.wordpress.com. I have since refunded that payment and removed the upgrade from your site.
